This meme is here to let prospective characters mingle ICly with the characters already in the game and each other. It helps us introduce various scenarios that you're likely to encounter in Soul Campaign and the different places used in the game. Hopefully, this helps you figure out if the game is really suited to your needs or not -- otherwise, just have fun!

The scenarios for this cycle are:
1. You've just come back from a mission and it's late. All you want to do is get back to your room. Unfortunately, the moon is beginning to drool again! Run home before you get gooped, or join the local kids in a game of Dodge the Drool!
2. You and your partner's mission was going well... at first. Now you're trapped in a warehouse with a massive kishin egg sniffing the both of you out. How will you get out of this situation with your lives?
3. There's a heat wave in Death City! Temperatures soar! Even though it's a dry heat, it's still unbearable. Challenge your friends to a popsicle-eating contest or try frying an egg on the sidewalk. Either way the sun's entertained.
4. You're late for class! But the Shibusen stairs await...
5. Fastest way to find a partner is to introduce yourself with bad pickup lines. Your time starts now!

Guns are annoying as shit, and it doesn't take any skill to handle them. If you're used to long range, then working with a close range weapon is probably going to be awful.

[Sephiroth never entered the main Shibusen building unless he had gone on a mission with his partner or had taken one on his own. Walking quietly out to the top of the stairs, the ex-General ignored the current state his leather was in as it remained splattered with the remnants of a battle against the Kishin Eggs he'd faced up against.

With his silent air surrounding him, the began descending the stairs unknowing of the 'disaster' that was currently bolting his way towards him.]

[Cloud is incapable of taking these stairs seriously. He's pelting down them faster than Zack is running up them, and his scarf is only good for billowing behind him due to a lack of long hair.

How many people walk down stairs where there is a board available to practice snowboarding on despite the lack of snow? He makes a heck of a lot of noise, something like 'chunk, thunk, chuck' as he barrels down.]

Hey Zack. [Is about all he can get out before he's whizzed by and attempting to stop without breaking his neck, back or limbs.]

[Well, this was a fine how-do-you do. The madness-affected monsters were simple enough, but the Kinshin egg... was gigantic. Worse, nothing seemed to phase it. With nowhere else to go, the knight retreated to the nearest area in order to assess the situation.

Slamming the door behind her, Agrias took stock of the area, breathing heavily. She winced and addressed the claw slash on her left shoulder. With the way she was bleeding, the kinshin was no doubt going to be bearing down on them any second.]

[To say Keroro was frantic was an understatement. The two-foot tall alien was very obviously worried as he divides his attention between the direction they came from and his wounded Meister.

If only they had bandages of some sort.]

[Maybe the wound looked worse that it really was? He could only hope so because he could swear that the tremor in the ground from the kishin egg's footsteps seemed to indicate that the monster was heading towards them.]

[This mission was going far less smoothly than he thought it would. Though honestly, they hadn't completely botched it up yet. They were both still alive, even if she was injured. So they just needed to gain their barrings and then take this guy out.]

Sit down and let's take care of patching up your wound. [Irvine removed his coat and then started to take off his shirt. The idea was to rip the shirt into strips and hopefully use them to stop the bleeding.]

[He had felled his share of Kishin Eggs in his stay, to say naught of what he and Agrias had done together in their own battles... but here was a foe he could barely scratch, let alone faze! And a teammate who all the moreso he couldn't afford-- no... couldn't bear to lose. And he, in turn, couldn't afford to panic.]

Still, now, Agrias; for but a moment...

[Thankfully, the one ability he hadn't lost entirely was his healing; that wavelength turned warm and focused upon her, that gash in her shoulder slowly starting to re-knit. If he could stop the bleeding, at least, and make a little distance between them and the fiend, maybe it would yield the chase... but with the imminent need passed, a pulse of sincere worry passed from weapon to meister, his banner draping across her shoulder and his tone less of a commander's.]

[Umbrella you say. There happens to be a girl on her way back to the apartments, holding a parasol under their arm. She had it earlier for the sunny day, but no longer needed it because of night falling. Oh, the moon was directly over the path she was heading. Well, it isn't too hard to avoid.]

[Irvine stood underneath the awning of a store, peeking out from under it and looking up at the drooling moon. It seemed like the only place that would keep him safe. Next time he goes out on a mission, bringing an umbrella would be a must.]

Wish someone would have told me about this sort of thing when I first arrived. [Cause seriously. Getting drooled on by the moon seems gross.]

[There's quite a lot of commotion outside of Mortician's Touch in the Shopping District. Why is that? Maybe it has to do with the new hair dresser that has been hired. Whether it's due to her skills or her looks is up to anyone's guess, but then again, investigating on your own would probably answer that question.

[One of the few upsides of being an employee at Mortician's Touch is that you have more or less a standing appointment if you need something done. Seeing as how she's got a date coming up, Cupid figures it's as good a day as any to take advantage of it, so she peeks into the new stylist's area with a hopeful smile.]

[This is not how Keito wanted to spend her night. Her limbs already ache with sheer exhaustion from their earlier battle with a witch, and the most she wanted to do was go home and catch some well-earned shut-eye. If she could, anyway. So many things to think about, so much to do, but that could all come later.

First and foremost, it was time to get home. The moon, whatever evil, horrendous little vermin that was, had opted for drooling putrid, wet globs of who-knew-what onto the streets at night. Keito didn't know if it was acidic or dangerous, but she didn't plan on finding out. Adjusting the back straps on her heels, she just takes off. Narrowed escapes have her needing moments of hiding, dodging her way into alleys and underneath store fronts. She's bound to hide where someone else has already chosen.]

[He stands in the middle of the financial district, a mass of dark coat and one of the few people who bore the heat of the sun without rushing indoors for the benefit of air cooling machines. While it was certainly hot enough to cook an egg on the ground, he remains where he is, standing at Death Robbins' storefront.

Yoko was never sure what was worse, the drooling moon that loomed ominously during the night or the creepy sun that chuckled and watched her every move as she went about her daily routines after her arrival into this odd world. The sun was actually doing that very task as she sat out in the sweltering desert heat. Yoko had a few mechanical projects she was working on before heading back to continue on with other things on her list.

"Ugh what is with the heat today?" She grumbled, wiping her forehead with the back of a gloved hand as she squinted at the sun," You would think it would give us a break once in awhile."

Suddenly, a great shade went right over Yoko, shielding her from the sun that bore down on the city. Looking up, Genesis chuckled to see the sun deciding to look elsewhere for a while. His one black wing stretched out a little further to make sure all of Yoko was covered.

"How is that for a break?"
