Not generally, but he's been hanging around there a lot lately, and probably will stop by periodically for a few days yet.

Drink tea and meditate... uh. Well, he helps set up morning training, can be found patrolling the primary residential district, and will be hanging around the Watch office a lot here soon...

He also generally travels by rooftops. Dunno if Sugata would ever be out on Casualty Communal's rooftop for anything, but other than that, they could have a general run-in on the street, too. He's prone to standing in place with his eyes all bugged out, focused on distant surroundings. This could conceivably happen almost anywhere.

huummm. maybe they can run into each other during morning training? i know sugata would definitely attempt to go to that. :|a

but hahaha lol, sorry neji. sugata uses the streets like normal non-ninja people.

But yes! Morning Training sounds good! He'll be open to answer questions and be stationed near the Watch area, so if Sugata's interested in either, he'll be easily available. If not, I'm sure I can find a reason to tag Sugata there. The next morning training log should be going up around April 12th, or May 19th in-game.

i know it's a shocker.

but oh goodie! i'm sure sugata will have tons of questions to ask. since this whole thing is still a lot for him to take in. but okok! i'll keep that in mind :'>
