He's working on a network address to assume command of the Watch and grant several promotions.
anything else you'd like to add → Neji's inbox has been revamped to include a few options, including a link to the Watch Application page, and if anyone happens to be interested, I also drew up a Tracking Post of all the things that have happened in SC since about 2 1/2 years ago. Ofc, all links are immediately relevant to Neji, but it's a good refresher of events past.

Haha yeah! I expect a few people might look sideways at Neji for being so young. But! He tends to set a professional tone, so it may even out.. At any rate, even if Kotetsu decides to look out for him in a way, that'd be cute too :3

character age→ 25 physically, but 32 post-death.
brief info of character→ He was once the main antagonist of his series who went insane and tried to injure his planet with a giant rock from space. When that didn't work, he spread disease throughout the planet instead - which was eventually stopped and cured before finding himself here in SC. Since then, he's gone through a lot of character development, found himself in an eventual stable partnership with Cloud Strife, and become the first guest Deathscythe here in the game. He's very antisocial in nature, doesn't trust well, has no care for humans, and currently has a poor outlook on both guests and non-guests alike due to what's happened to him in the game.
preferred method of rping → I adjust to whatever the other person wants, so any of options if fine by me.
do want→ I would like for him to build bonds that go beyond the surface level. He doesn't have many bonds like that at all given how difficult it is to get beyond all of his emotional/social problems.
do not wants → I'm pretty much good with anything, but I'd prefer to keep Sephiroth away from developing any further thoughts that he's a tool to be used by others. He's already sunk too deeply into those thoughts as it is in the game =\
