and i should be having Kotetsu bother talk to other Watch people as well! :o is there anywhere in particular she tends to hang around in most in the city? otherwise i figured Kotetsu could be around her assigned district on his off time, since he likes to do more work than he really should sometimes... and he's an avid drinker so he's around the entertainment/red light district often enough anyway :x

Fabi's actually assigned to the Red Light district, so if he's there a lot, chances are she at the very least recognizes his face, and more so if he's a part of the Watch- so they could definitely run into each other on her route!

he goes to Bitch's Brew on often enough occasion so he'd be a regular in the area, yup! let's do that then! i've got an open log planned for the 15th in-game so we can thread this all out there. :>
