LETS HAVE OURSELVES A QUESTION MEME YOU GUYS! We've got a lot of new faces and it's a fun way to get to know each other! You don't even have to have CR to ask questions so everyone should pounce on one another. :>

Basically this is what you do!

1. Ask someone a question. It can be about character feelings, headcanon, thoughts on character quirks, first impressions, the player's favorite cheese, SERIOUSLY ANYTHING. Though RP related is prob preferred, I say go wild. QUESTIONS ARE QUESTIONS!

Kanji's first impressions? ::::)

Kanji was NOT HAPPY with getting kidnapped. He'd been kidnapped before and it isn't something he cared to repeat. He was ready to say no, not participate in the war, though he went through the tour just fine like everyone else while he was trying to work out how the hell he was going to grow accustomed to everything.

That was when he literally bumped into a friend from home and got his head set on straight. After that he started to meet a lot of people from different worlds and times here in Death City, found out what drove them and found himself thrust into situations where hell rains down on his head whether he likes it or not... how could he say 'no' and sit idly by when his friends are fighting so hard out there?

Kishin eggs, witches, and the kishin themselves aren't gonna wait for him to make a decision. Besides... Shibusen could use a little muscle.

Now your turn: What does the future hold for Aranea in the war?

Whup! Fair enough!

At this moment, Aranea is looking at a lot of things and asking the hard questions. So far, she's fairly convinced that the witches are agents of chaos, which is all fine and dandy. She has no problems with them being free to do what they want in stark defiance to the structures Death City and the shinigami creates. This is mostly because she sort of had a friend that pretty much acted that way entirely and it would be hypocritical of her not to recognize that world view as valid.

She thinks they've drawn the line at harming people and corrupting souls, though. ESPECIALLY the souls part. The sanctity of the self is one of the few things that Aranea has absolutely no intent on shattering. Seriously, who would do something like that? D:::: Still, she's also knows better than to not lump all the witches together based on the actions of others, and knows that specifying who is guilty or innocent is going to make things hard, especially when the alternative is "join the forces of order," which she'd know they wouldn't do.

Aranea's also really upset about being a weapon. She doesn't want to hurt anyone and DOES NOT want to eat souls. Corrupted or otherwise.

She's also taking a look at this war at a macro level, and trying to decide whether or not this is something that she needs to get involved in "considering the grand scheme of things." From a heaven's-eyed view, she suppose this war is probably a small one in the grand scheme of multiuniverses, but so far it's the only planet that may give herself and her friends another chance at living. So that's worth considering, right?

His first impressions of Aranea are quite simple: She's the nicest troll he's ever met, and he's run into nearly all of them.

Were he more of the curious type he'd want to know more of the culture and how everything is structured, but Kanji is Kanji, and he is busting his butt to make that cuttlefish. He had to pick up a marine biology book to figure out what a cuttlefish is, and has learned that THEY ARE THE MOST ADORABLE THINGS.

He looks forward to speaking with her more.

And if you'll quench my curiosity: Why a cuttlefish?

She asked for a cuttlefish because of a memory. In the Alternian world she was known as Her Imperious Condescension, the most cruel and vindictive Empress of that universe and several others.

But her ancestor was a cutie, and was especially fond of adopting cuttlefish and keeping them in cages which was silly because they were able to swim out whenever they wanted. So there's the cuttlefish. This, and the memory of her closest friend (who was also a nasty piece of work that would have become the Condescension were she given a chance), is why she wanted a tyrian purple cuttlefish. ::::>
