LETS HAVE OURSELVES A QUESTION MEME YOU GUYS! We've got a lot of new faces and it's a fun way to get to know each other! You don't even have to have CR to ask questions so everyone should pounce on one another. :>

Basically this is what you do!

1. Ask someone a question. It can be about character feelings, headcanon, thoughts on character quirks, first impressions, the player's favorite cheese, SERIOUSLY ANYTHING. Though RP related is prob preferred, I say go wild. QUESTIONS ARE QUESTIONS!
2. They answer and ask a question back.
3. You answer and ask another question.

I started out with mostly shounen series, but these days (of the anime/manga I do watch/read, I don't check out new stuff that much recently) I have kind of been leaning towards the series that feel neatly between demographics. A lot are still outwardly pretty shounen -- I do generally prefer action and such, and it's not very common for me to like romance-centric stories -- but most of the things I'm really into seem designed to appeal to more than one specific audience.

Code Geass, for example, is at first glance just giant robots and hot girls, but a lot of the elements seem specifically designed to appeal to female viewers. Stuff like Evangelion and .hack and Bacanno and Durarara!! and the like. A magazine I read once called it neo-shounen (talking specifically about Fullmetal Alchemist at the time) and that seemed like a pretty apt description. Wow this is getting unnecessarily long.

Do you prefer reading manga or watching anime?

Generally reading manga! It's easier to control the speed/pace as I see fit, it can be done without looking at a screen and taken to places I wouldn't take my laptop, the things I like tend not to get animated, and anime is more likely to be an adaptation that's chopped short or otherwise inferior to the original than manga is.

Now I'm just remembering the Rose of Versailles anime in which half the time they only animated the sparkles.

If you had to pick up a muse from a musical here, who would you pick?

Not that I'd actually ever be able to pull it off because I am only capable of playing a few characters ever. But I love Amber so yolo.

What made you think of musicals?

Because not enough people play from them and also I have a muse for Tracy Turnblad right now (no I'm not apping here here).

Have you cosplayed Kaworu yet?

I did waaaaaaay back in the day but I was pretty bad. I don't really think I am suited to Kaworu at all, way too tan/short/curvy. Even with all the makeup/heels/binding in the world I still wouldn't be satisfied. My face is like the polar opposite of my headcanon face for him too so bluh.

My friends and I really want to do an Eva group someday though and my boyfriend would be a really fantastic Kaworu so I might be Asuka or Mari :>

Do you cosplay at all?

Not on a regular basis. I've done it a few times as I have a good friend whose mother enjoys sewing for other people (Hokuto from Tokyo Babylon and Harumi from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei) and while I'd be interested in doing it again it's not really high on my list of hobbies to take up.

I either didn't know or forgot that you had a boyfriend! Tell me about him.

He's a big dork I met at the Homestuck meet at Otakon last year and luckily he talked to me first because I just sat and stared from a distance and stared awkwardly. And he's kind of being a butt right now so bluh I am not really in the mood to be all sappy and gush about him.

ngl it's been a while since i watched it and i could never remember most of their names so i just referred to them as their traits

but i really liked the not-really-domestic-abuse girl. which one was harumi...
