Keroro is preeeetty certain that L is trolling him whenever they talk. Because of that L isn't exactly his favourite person ever in the world. He likes being taken seriously!
(But sometimes he has trouble understanding what L is actually saying, which leads him to think that he might not be getting trolled all the time.)

That aside, he also think L is kind of rude. And if they were ever to somehow meet in person he'd lecture him on his posture.
