Do you want to gain specific CR? Are you looking for a partner? A plot you sort of want to happen but have no idea who to plot it out with? This meme is for you! Just comment here with each of your characters and people will come up and reply. If you aren't sure what to write, there's a textbox below that you can fill out. Afterward, look through the comments! See if there is anyone that you would like to gain CR with. You might be able to find a partner as well!

I am also adding a suggestions subthread. I don't know how successful this thing is or not so if you guys have any input, let me know! I'll try to fix it up wherever I think it's necessary. Feel free to add and take things out as needed.

brief info of character→ Cheeful sociopath lol. He's sneaky, manipulative, has a strong petty streak and LOVES humans (though he likes to demonstrate his love by placing them in harmful, unpleasant or traumatic situations >.>)
preferred method of rping → It's all good.
do want→ Anything! Negative CR is always welcomed, people to manipulate/troll/mess around with, other less than savory characters he could be 'friendly' with (though I'll use this term very loosely when talking about Izaya, he could still use allies though!)
do not wants → Fluff would be impossible.
does your character have a job?→ Nope! I'm sorta hoping I can get him to set his info broker business up again eventually, but that wont be for a while yet. I'm not sure what to do with him until then.
are they a meister/weapon?→ Meister
what is their meister ability/weapon form?→ Soul Precognition
are they looking for a partner?→ Umm...I'm uncertain. It could be fun? Though I don't know if anyone could deal with him for extended periods of time ha ha. People are welcome to try! Or he could manipulate them into it...though overall he's far more likely to run away from fights than to engage in them >.>
what are they looking for in a partner?→ Someone with similarly few morals (in which case it could be based on convenience rather than like if preferred, sort of how he is with Namie in canon) or someone who he manipulates into trusting him enough >.>
what are they doing right now?→ Nothing much, he's new! Recovering from his knife injury, scoping out the city, collecting info on the location/people/events etc. Basically being a creeper in the background.
anything else you'd like to add → Nothing I can think of!

Hmmm depending on what you want, Sephiroth's always good for negative CR and possibly manipulation/trolling/messing with if the CR is done correctly! (if you're interested, of course lol). Outside of that I have Yuri Petrov which could lead to negative CR depending on if Izaya meets the requirements, or a ten foot tall alien and a fifteen year old derpy demon king!

Ahh, anything really! Negative CR would usually come up over time I suppose seeing as on the whole Izaya tends to come off as a little eccentric but mostly harmless at first, at worst people generally find him annoying or a bit suspicious. But he's/they're welcome to take a dislike to him, or he can begin with manipulation/trolling or something that can lead to negative CR later! And lol yes, I am always interested in manipulation/trolling/messing with CR seeing as that is Izaya's speciality~
