This meme is here to let prospective characters mingle ICly with the characters already in the game and each other. It helps us introduce various scenarios that you're likely to encounter in Soul Campaign and the different places used in the game. Hopefully, this helps you figure out if the game is really suited to your needs or not -- otherwise, just have fun!

The scenarios for this cycle are:
1. Shibusen has run out of free residential units! You are now stuck in one of their dorms with three other people. There's no privacy at all!
2. You find yourself trapped in the Holocaust mall during a blizzard. It's not as nice as you might think when there's a kishin egg or two prowling about.
3. There's a disease spreading that gives any meister or weapon who doesn't have a partner boils on their faces. You have exactly three hours before it reaches you -- time to make use of partner activities to get one. Please indicate if you're a meister or a weapon on your subject header.
4. It's mission time! You're suddenly thrown into a mission with a stranger (or several strangers). Do you flee or fight? (Current mission board is here.)
5. Your character was brought into Shibusen with a big problem. It seems that the BREW thought it would be funny if guys were girls and girls were guys. You have to race up the Shibusen steps to get the antidote, but you have to drink it with one or more people. Apparently, BREW likes company?

Just choose any one randomly, or make up your own, we don't mind! To make things simpler, please follow this subject line:

[April just stares at him again, arms folded across her chest. She doesn't move for a few seconds, before stepping forwards, arms unfolding and pressing the palm of her hand to 11/11's forehead.

She doesn't say anything for a few moments, frowning slightly before stepping back, one hand falling to her hip as she tilts her head in bewilderment.]

You don't feel like you've got a fever. You didn't get hit by any freight trucks in the past twenty four hours without me knowing, one-one?

[Have his best pout. HOW CAN YOU NOT BELIEVE HIM, HETEROSEXUAL LIFE PARTNER. ;A;]

[YOU JUST TOLD HER YOU TIME JUMPED. THAT'S NOT YOUR ABILITY, NOVEMBER. YOUR NAME IS NOT FEBRUARY.]

All right. Replaced your fags with recreational drugs? Change of worlds induced a sudden bout of insanity? Just decided it'd be fun to screw around with my mind?

[She's listing off the options on her fingers, like some sort of checklist of reasons 11/11 has gone mad.]

[SIGH IT'S A LONG STORY, OKAY.]

Anyway, you said you 'just saw me'. Are we talking dead or alive?

[A-ahahahaha...]

It's... a long story.

We're hardly going anywhere right now, November.

[No, she doesn't care if you were running an errand or anything.]

[Might as well keep busy while they're at it.]

[She hooks her arm easily with November's. It just feels like the right thing to do, at the very least. It's a little alien that she can work out that sort of thing might help, but whether it's something to do with this place, or recent events before she came here, she can't say.

And she can't really say she cares either.]

So, from the beginning then.

[Familiarity seriously helps.]

They gave us orders, right? To investigate the Syndicate. To see how it all came together.

[April hums slightly in acknowledgement.]

That they did.

It leads right back to them. They're cooperating with the very 'enemy' we were asked to investigate.

[It still left a sour taste in his mouth, but well. They're dead now.]

They had us all played. We were going to end up helping them put an end to all Contractors.

[April digs her free hand into her pocket and sighs.]

You just don't know who can trust any more, huh?

[There's a pause.]

That's how you died then. [More of a statement than a question.] Getting a little old fashioned revenge? I hope it was worth it.

You and July survived, I think. Misaki as well.

[Shrug.]

It was worth it.

[There's a silence, before April fixes him with a rather pointed stare.]

... A rather illogical choice for someone so level headed, don't you think? [For a contractor.] When considering your own safety, I mean.

Was it illogical? Nothing would have been gained by any of you dying.

[Have a smile, small and rueful.]

Maybe I wouldn't have. Maybe if you'd shared with the class, you wouldn't have either.

[... Nonetheless, she shifts their hooked arms slightly to elbow 11/11 in the side lightly.]

That's looking a pretty big 'if I go home' right now, one-one.

I'll keep it in mind though.

No one's exactly leaping up and down to point me towards the exit, in case you missed that part. Seems like they don't even know how to get people back.

[A rueful noise.]

I suppose that we'll just have to see. Who knows? Maybe the others will turn up.
