Brief character description: She's a sweetheart who has a sharp mind, a blackhole for a stomach, and a propensity for befriending people who later turn out to be criminals/murderers/ monsters/etc. Also, she's a pretty good cook!

Do they have a partner? Yes! She and Sasha are open to training and doing missions with other, non-partnered people though.
How long have they been in Death City? Since last in-game November.
Brief summary of their time in Death City/how they’ve adapted: Yako spent her initial months in Death City feeling her way around, and training with multiple partners. She joined the Agency almost immediately, and has since carved out a nice little niche as the resident baker/general food provider. After being attacked around Christmas, she has gotten a dog by the name of Kerberos, who is a big, black Newfoundland that is filled to the brim with love and excitement.
She has seen many friends leave, and has found that she is extremely ill-prepared in terms of dealing with the Madness Wavelength on her own. By way of her personal life, she has become entangled in a surprisingly drama-filled romance with Takuto, and has periodically found her life tossed into chaos thanks to Sai, a serial killer she was very closely acquainted with in her own world. The most recent was when he used a rabbit as a hostage/house-warming gift after finally finding her new address.
Where do they live? A Death City heights Apartment, with Sasha
Do they have a normal routine/what places are they likely to be found? Either her apartment, out at the park with her dog, or at the Agency (most likely in her office or the kitchen). Or any number of restaurants, cafes, or takeout places.
Are they open to general CR? Absolutely.
Are they open to negative CR? Very absolutely.
Do not wants: The extremes, i.e. death or maiming.

Takuto's gonna take her out on a date. Arcade + movie + dinner. Typical teenager date. And he's going to pick her up from her apartment and open doors for her and pull out her chair. TO SHOW HE CARES.
Also he is going to attempt to bake her a cake. (The attempt may not go very well, but I haven't decided about that yet.)
