what is their meister ability/weapon form?→ Scythe -- so far it seems to be a black scythe that takes on various sizes and number of blades depending on how much power he wants to show. On a low-level mook, Spirit has managed to produce enough power to decimate high-level kishin eggs.
are they looking for a partner?→ Nah, but Spirity is extremely good at adjusting his wavelengths to other people, so if you want to try wielding a Deathscythe, he's your best bet at one without getting creamed by the power gap.
what are they doing right now?→ For the event? Being tired and being everywhere and alternating from crying to have coffee and frothing at the mouth trying to stop fights and all of those things.

brief info of character→ Itou was a villain for the Gintama episodes 101 - 105, Rebellion Arc. Itou was the special advisor to Kondo Isao, commander of the Shinsengumi. He conspired with Takasugi Shinsuke to overthrow Hijikata and Kondo from the leadership of the Shinsengumi, in order to become the commander himself. His plans worked to an extent, until Okita turned against him, the Yorozuya became involved, and Takasugi revealed that he had only been using Itou to split the Shinsengumi in half, so that he can decimate it. Before his violent and painful death, he realized that the Shinsengumi idiots had become his friends and redeemed himself by protecting the guys from bullets.
