He had always considered himself above the other Heroes, not because of his power entirely but because he didn't need to be led by the hand to each criminal. He could look into things himself and make a judgement call. Certainly near the end all the sponsorships made it difficult to do as he pleased, but by then, he had other reasons for living his life as a hero.

And it was clearly that trait that had him staring at the other man seated nearby. The subtlety of the expression change didn't escape his notice, and that was sometimes all he managed to get out of Yuri. Otherwise, the boy was an emotionless wall of logic and cool-headedness.
