Kind of in the basics. The quiet, smart type, both really into technology, both pacifists in their own way. Both very polite, both want to help the people they care for in whatever way they can. With Fuu it's obvious right after the fight with Alcyone, with Fuuka it's really highlighted in the Answer. They're not, like, identical, with Fuu being much sillier and sheltered and Fuuka being pushed harder by her family, but they're similar enough, I think, to get along. Oh my god I talk forever :|
