Hmm... I think outside of the Soul Eater characters, Lily is the closest to there is to someone with Soul Perception these days. She can sense soul wavelength on clothes when she touches them but it works best on clothes the person has worn a lot and when she can hold the garment for a minute so it's somewhat difficult to get a good reading.
