Keroro is...well, strange is one way to put it. Then again, frog aliens are strange if they don't exist in your home world. He can be an annoying little troublemaker, but at least he's not a criminal per se. Maybe he could be good for something, Edgeworth doesn't really know. Oh, and the cake incident? He still remembers that, but it's not like he'll never talk to Keroro again or anything like that. He hopes the bitty froggy is careful next time, at least.

Edgeworth has a healthy respect for Raidou. The detective is trustworthy, hardworking, patient...and has a way with tea. Oh, and he is actually more efficient than some detectives Edgeworth knows back home despite being so young. So Edgeworth sometimes wonders if Raidou was pushed to excel and work at an early age, or if this was just exactly what he wanted. He is curious about what else Raidou has done back in his world, but he's not the type to pry like that, so yeah.

Every so often he does get concerned with the guy and hopes he doesn't push himself too much, since he's...well, still young. Let's see...Edgeworth worried a lot after Raidou was kidnapped and all, but doesn't blame him for what happened at all. It doesn't change a thing.

Overall, Edgeworth has the pleasure of working with him and sometimes feels a little awkward co-heading the agency Raidou established once upon a time.

Why do they usually end up meeting whenever Edgeworth's in trouble...he himself would like to know, but never mind. Anyway, Zidane seems like a decent boy who almost reminds Edgeworth of a younger Phoenix because of his drive and determination to help, and the concern he shows toward people. He just hopes Zidane would be careful and not get hurt in the process. Like Phoenix.

...in short, Edgeworth would never guess or believe that this boy is a thief.

/FLICKS ON ALL THE TL;DR SWITCHES FOR THIS GEEZ SIS GIVE THAT A REST I'm your boss

Franziska has been in Death City for a bit longer than Edgeworth, and among the people they know from home, they're DC's most constant guests and have seen so many of their friends/acquaintances/rivals/ghosts from the future and family come and go. At times he feels relieved, sometimes even thankful that he has someone he knows with him in this crazy place, but...then he'd have someone to look out for because, well, Franziska is his sister. Not a biological one, but still. He wouldn't know what to do if he lost her to a kishin egg or a witch or anything like that.

After all, they grew up under the same roof, learned from the same teacher, and became prosecutors. They're kindred spirits in that sense...she knows much of what he's been through and all. Even if Phoenix and Larry are Edgeworth's best friends, neither of them know what it's like to study prosecution the von Karma way. Neither of them have seen the...uh, better side of Manfred. AND NEITHER OF THEM WERE AROUND WHEN HE HAD THOSE NIGHTMARES FOR FIFTEEN YEARS.

So yeah. That's why Edgeworth wants Franziska to train and get a partner and become stronger, never mind if she becomes a Death Scythe before he becomes a three-star Meister (as if that matters to him). She can call him her rival as many times as she wants, whip him even (will she even break that habit one day? HE CAN HOPE BUT THAT'S A PRETTY FAR-FETCHED HOPE), he still cares for her. When she was kidnapped recently, he couldn't stop feeling guilty; if he had only been with her, he could have tried to do something. But nooooooo he was too busy getting captured and then getting saved.

He knows she's capable and can take care of herself, and he's proud of her and what she's done back home and here (especially with Agency work), but that won't stop him from always being concerned about her safety. Oh, and even though he's technically her boss, he knows better than to rub it in. Besides, what would he get from that, apart from a good whipping and a lot of De Nile?

Fuuka is quiet, thoughtful, and nice...and sometimes Edgeworth doesn't quite know what to say around her. He also thinks she would grow up to become a refined, respected lady. She's very kind and seems to be the type who thinks of others more than he does.

And because of this, sometimes he feels a bit protective toward her, like she doesn't deserve to be here even though she has most likely seen her share of battle back in her world, which is the same as Minako's, with shadows and all that. That part of him doesn't want to see her get hurt in any way.

Naoto:

Naoto is like Raidou - a young detective who clearly knows how to do her job well and who must have studied the profession for a long time. She is diligent and often ready to work, which are two good points for Edgeworth, but not when he wants her to take it easy at times...like when he found her distracted on the training ground and knew that she most likely needed some time off. Otherwise, whatever was on her mind would interfere with her job.

He also knows there's more to her than meets the eye, but he trusts her in any case, and knows that she would not shirk her responsibilities.

Amaterasu:

WELL Edgeworth has seen stranger guests than a wolf goddess. Amaterasu certainly acts like a goddess, although without the hubris and more selflessness. He is definitely really thankful for her help during the earthquake and fending off the raven; he hopes he can repay her properly in the near future.
